Diplôme Dry Gin
The Original 1945 recipe was perfected during WWII and remains unchanged to this day. Diplôme Dry Gin is a unique French “London Dry Gin.” Created, and distilled in Dijon, a city known and respected world-wide for its cuisine, the recipe for Diplôme is one of the oldest in France. Divum
Brothers Tom and Rob Franscioni learned the arts of farming vineyards and making wine from their late father, Dan Franscioni, who tragically passed in an airplane accident in 2011. Since then the two brothers have entrenched themselves in the wine world with the same passion that not only fueled their father, but also his fathers before him.
With vineyard holdings spanning from the northernmost area of the Monterey appellation all the way to the southernmost, the brothers are fortunate to have the opportunity to work with some of the most coveted wine varieties. Specializing in the Burgundian wines Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, they pride themselves on producing wines of the utmost quality; believing that great wines are primarily made in the vineyard. Fruit is sourced from the highest quality blocks from any of their five family owned estate vineyards, all of which are farmed sustainably under the California Sustainable Wine-growing Alliance.
Being not only brothers, but also best friends and joint proprietors, Tom and Rob know the importance of family. To them, Divum is just that.

Domaine Charles Sparr
Moved by a fierce determination to express the characteristics of varietal wines or enhance the soul of our “terroirs” in our Grands Crus wines, we first and foremost offer the identity of a region and its Protected Designations of Origin. This conversion of mineral into vine only can exist with the respect of the organization of the “terroir” life cycle, of a culture and a know-how. The wines of Charles Sparr give voice to the grape variety, the soils and the vintage they are grown. The vineyard variously expresses itself each year, according to its location, its micro-climate and the care of the wine-grower, in order to give birth to each new vintage.

Dulce Dorado
Dulce Dorado [duel-say] [duh-rah-doe] translates to “SWEET GOLD” in Spanish and that is the basis of this incredible Honey and Vanilla infused Tequila. The recipe goes back over 100 years when it was first distilled by Carlos’s Grandfather in Puerto Penasco Mexico, a small fishing town south of Arizona on the Mexican Baja. Carlos has carried on the family tradition of infusing the finest 100% Blue Agave with the perfect blend of Honey, Vanilla and spices to produce the smoothest, easiest drinking Tequila ever. When Dave and his Wife, Andrea, first experienced its sweet flavor, they new that this century old recipe needed to be introduced to the U.S. market. After years of perfecting this small batch nector, Dulce Dorado Tequila is still produced the old fashioned way and is available in the many markets across the Southwest.

Fenestra Winery
Fenestra Winery was established by the Replogle family on the historic Ruby Hill property and in 1980 occupied the century-old George True Winery building on Vallecitos Road in Livermore. The old building had been badly neglected and the Replogles hauled away tons of trash and installed a new roof and strengthened the building. The winery building was refurbished in 1997 and vineyards have been planted around the winery. The winery specialized in classically balanced,award-winning wines from primarily Livermore Valley grapes. Livermore Valley’s first boutique winery, Fenestra Winery has celebrated many years of fine wines.
